Charles Aidoo is the Managing Director of CLICJAID Limited, specializing in fractional financial and management advisory services and recruitment solutions across various sectors. With over 15 years of experience in finance and operations management, he has provided strategic support to business owners, board members, and stakeholders while leading teams in finance, accounting, supply chain, IT systems, human resources, and administration.
Charles is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant by profess,  he completed his ACCA at the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF). He has significant exposure in finance and operations across the UK, Mauritius, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Liberia, having spent over ten years working in these countries.

His core competencies include financial planning, analytics, budgeting, strategy, change management, and system integration. Charles has successfully completed a six-year transfer pricing audit with zero liability and managed audits involving local and offshore transactions with the Ghana Revenue Authority, achieving a minimal tax credit exposure without cash payments and securing a government refund.
Noteworthy accomplishments include capitalizing $36 million in heavy equipment for a mining project and $60 million for an oil refinery plant. He negotiated a reduction of bank charges on offshore transactions from 1.45% to 0.3% in Liberia and secured a $1.6 million bank guarantee for a client’s fuel tank farm setup, along with a $500,000 overdraft facility with no upfront capital commitment.
Charles authored all Standard Operating Procedures for Wilmar Africa Limited post-acquisition of the Frytol brand and served as a Local Management Consultant for Timebridge Holdings, conducting a Mining Industry Value Chain assessment to identify local content development opportunities.

With a first-class degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes, ACCA certification from the London School of Business and Finance, and an MBA in Risk Management from the University of Wales, Maryam combines academic excellence with a robust portfolio in strategic management and operational efficiency.
Maryam’s career began at Vlisco B.V., where she spent seven years facilitating operations between West Africa and Europe. As Product Manager, she established and led the product department in Nigeria, successfully launching new offerings that increased market adoption significantly. Her role evolved to Program Manager, where she directed the setup of local production, expanded retail operations in Nigeria, and enhanced distribution processes for better market penetration.

In her role as Senior Manager of Customer Operations & Performance Management at adidas Canada, Maryam pioneered customer onboarding initiatives and supply chain process improvements, which generated annual savings exceeding $500,000.
