Job Description
Position Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of HR policies, recruitment processes, employee relations, compliance, and office management. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to contribute to the company’s growth and enhance staff satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, onboarding, and training.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Manage office operations, including procurement, facilities, and IT systems.
- Maintain and update employee records and company documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and support audit processes.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, training, and development.
- Leadership & Development:
- Supervise and mentor junior HR and administrative staff.
- Develop and deliver HR-related training programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in HR and administrative management roles.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing recruitment, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
