Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Wig Maker to craft custom wigs, work with premium human hair, and contribute to our salon, e-commerce and international business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wig Crafting & Production:
  • Design, construct, and style custom human hair and synthetic wigs.
  • Use techniques such as ventilation, lace fronting, and sewing machine wig-making.
  • Ensure high-quality craftsmanship for durability, comfort, and a natural look.
  • Repair, revamp, and customize existing wigs based on customer requests.
• Hair Treatment & Customization:
  • Dye, bleach, and tone hairpieces to match customer preferences.
  • Cut, curl, straighten, and style wigs to create versatile looks.
  • Maintain and treat raw human hair to preserve texture and longevity.
• Customer & Sales Engagement:
  • Provide consultations to clients, advising on wig types, textures, and styles.
  • Collaborate with the team to create content for online sales and marketing.
  • Assist with e-commerce operations, including product photography and descriptions.
• Inventory & Quality Control
  • Monitor stock levels for human hair, lace materials, and wig accessories.
  • Inspect wigs before shipping to local and international customers.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in professional wig-making.
• Expertise in Black and Afro-Caribbean hair textures and styling.
• Skilled in hand-tied wigs, lace front wigs, and machine-sewn wigs.
• Ability to dye, bleach, and customize wigs for various styles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce sales and social media marketing is a plus.
